Training for Groups and Organizations
Since 2004, Henry Wai and associates have worked with organizations in
- social service
- education (primary, secondary and post-secondary)
- health
- government
- business / co-operatives
- religion
as well as community and activist groups.
Ways that we have worked to support organizations include single workshops, a series of trainings, individual coaching of leaders, and as a guest presenter.
Trainings are developed in consultation with each organization to address particular needs and cultural considerations. Mostly the focus is on learning the relationship building tools and practices from Nonviolent Communication though other skills are shared if relevant.
