FOUNDATION TWO
Empathic Listening for Connection – Online
We all want to matter. Our ability to be present to ourselves and others with empathy and clarity can make the difference between a breakdown and a breakthrough. Once there is connection and understanding, so much more is possible.
Nonviolent Communication™ excels in providing practical ways to:
- Strengthen or repair relationships.
- Get to the heart of what is really the matter behind criticisms, resistance, and judgments.
This training is 20% presentation and 80% activities for learning and practice. We’ll use role-play and real-play (practicing with your situations) to develop your ability to listen for transformation. Join us to learn the concepts and skills for empathic listening.

FOUNDATION THREE
Dialogue for What Matters – Online
True dialogue is based on connecting to what matters to us and offering empathic listening for what’s important to another. Let’s explore how “connection before solution” applies to your real life examples. We’ll use the NVC Dance Floors for dialogue to support you in getting more understanding, connection, and collaboration in your relationships.
