(ON HOLD) Living NVC Laboratory: Making Requests Moment by Moment for Aliveness and Well-being

Practice sensing and expressing what’s alive in you moment by moment with the NVC ingredients – observation, feeling, need and request. Then others in the group respond likewise. Facilitated and with some teaching, we will interact back and forth to build connection and fulfill requests to meet each others’ present needs by tapping into the innate compassion and resourcefulness of the group. Let’s live NVC by being real, present, and alive together.

We want everyone who is interested to have access. If cost is a barrier, we are flexible. Contact Henry before the session to discuss how we can include you.

Requested preparation

• 4 hours or equivalent of NVC training
• an understanding of
    – the intention of NVC
    – the definition and purpose of observation, feeling, need and request
    – communication which blocks compassion and its gift 
• some practice applying NVC in your life
